Bought a wine cooler advertised as brand new but turned up with no packaging and was told it was standard practice to "sell off" ex display items "all the time". After being advised by the manufacturers to not accept the item without discount, which was not offered, to return the item I was also expected to take time out of work as they would not collect at a weekend. Not good customer service, I'd shop elsewhere!

Tom & Andrew who delivered the appliance today were very polite and friendly.knew there stuff tested machine on delivery & gave some usefull tips etc about using the appliance. A CREDIT TO THERE BOSS. would definitly reccommend buying, using them again.

Bought what I thought was a decent washing machine from here, Our last one had been used for nearly 8 years and had done well. Got a delivery of a Hoover Dynamic 10144D3X which i was led to understand had a warranty of 5 years for parts and 1 year full parts and Warranty.
14 months down the line its written off, there is so much wrong with despite paying £119 for a service engineer to fix it. Its just not worth repairing. Thats the last time I take advice from them thats for sure !!! Oh yes no problems, they are a good machine, will last you for years !!! yeah right !!!!!!!!
