Applied Group Ltd is a consortium of the former, well established, family ethos businesses Applied Link BSPM, Applied WDP, Applied WARMroof and Applied Roof Lanterns, all now linked under one roof. Promoting a strong working partnership culture with the aim of enhancing our reputation for ‘Building Excellence' within the industry. Our new ‘One Team' approach will enable us to improve the efficiency of our business promoting excellent customer satisfaction, whilst recognising areas that may have further cost-effective benefits for our clients. Our management structure provides for firm control of each of our participant divisions. When applied to our services of Refurbishment, Both Planned and Reactive Maintenance, Complete Home Improvement Packages and additionally our ‘PMS' Program for Building Management and Property Rental Markets, this control provides greater focus on delivering quality service to our customers. All of our services are based on a self-delivery model which translates to our employing only the best tradesmen and technicians to deliver the range of services we offer, ensuring the highest quality and standards are met. Our staff are committed to ensuring that we provide a motivational and quality service without compromise, the willingness to listen and act on feedback is key to every working relationship in order to meet the changing needs of both staff and clients alike. Applied Group is based within easy access of Junction 12 of the M4, with our fully operational help desk, attentive management team and operational staff we have the drive and ability to deliver on our commitments. Currently serving the Thames Valley and Home Counties we plan further geographic expansion in the coming months.
