Welcome to the company page of Applied Talent Solutions. This is my limited company. I'm always open for a chat and expanding my network. My overriding principle is to connect people - this is the essence of recruitment. I bring over a decade of talent acquisition experience in mainly technical and artificial intelligence /machine learning in industries that span from Defence to Gaming to Consultancies, as well as being an experienced executive head hunter. I have well-developed management and negotiation skills that have come partly from mentors and partly from learning from my past mistakes. I've been part of a small team that evaluated, tested & implemented a change in ATS in a multinational gaming company. I love technology that increases efficiency and hate tech that has a negative impact. I get immense satisfaction in building teams that gel, which creates something bigger than the sum of its parts. I feel that employer branding is much talked about but significantly undervalued.
