We're celebrating Aprils "Employee of the Month". This month sees the prestigious award go to Emily Beresford. Emily has been a fantastic example of hard work and commitment. Only having joined us recently Emily has fit right in on arguably the busiest desk in the business, working alongside our "New Business Champion" Sam Booth she has her work cut out, but with no previous recruitment experience she has taken it all in her stride and done it with big smile on her face. In a day that seen Approach Personnel enjoy a busy sales day, we also took the time out to support Cancer Research UK with their "Football Shirt Friday" campaign to help raise money and awareness for this great cause. Thank you to everyone that took part for this very worthy cause.

This months sales day at Approach Personnel saw some of the staff wear their chosen Football Shirt in support of #footballshirtfriday raising money for bowel cancer research. Fantastic turnout from the whole team with some retro shirts being worn with pride.

If ever there was an "amazing feat of engineering" I think this is it. A pitch that can be interchangeable depending on the game being played on it is just amazing and almost definitely the future for stadiums being built.

Well done to Sam Booth our New Business Champion for 2017/18. Sam has won a number of big clients and works tirelessly day in day out to make sure he's top of the tree and deserves all the accolades he gets.
Sam is now one of the longest serving members Approach and to be winning these kind of awards, still, all these years on is a credit to him and he’s a credit to Approach Personnel. A lovely bloke with big ambitions and with his drive and work ethic, he will get all he wan...ts and all he deserves.
Here’s to next year, let's see if anyone can top him!

Approach Personnel have another new starter. This week sees the arrival of Nathan Christmas who joins our Trades & Labour desk. Nathan comes from a construction background and brings with him a wealth of "hands on" sector knowledge.

Approach Personnel would like to say a big warm welcome to our 2 new recruits Jade Ashmore and Charlie Blatherwick. Jade comes from a recruitment background whilst Charlie is brand new to the industry. Both are coming with a great attitude and enthusiasm for the job so with the right application I’m sure they will both go far.

Our sales day was topped off nicely by cosuming a ton of pizza, lots of drink and rounded off with few games of pool.
I think a great time has been had by all involved and i'm sure the eating and drinking will continue long into the evening with a nice 4 day break ahead.
