Hello, I have been offered free vehicle health check on my Ford Fiesta, which was done while i was waiting-it took half an hour for them to do the check and they recommended oil change on my car for £59! i am so surprised that they have done free check and replaced oil for me and filter for this price !. Put a deposit on a car they had in stock, was told deposit was fully refundable, even got an email to confirm this. I didn’t choose to buy the car and now these are refusing to refund my deposit and I didn’t receive any terms and conditions regarding any reasons as to why I wouldn’t get a refund on the deposit so now taking it it to court. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, stay well clear. Bunch of frauds

Hi there, I just thought I’d share this to avoid people getting deceived and going through a nightmare that we’ve been. Aproved cars at East Pecham, do not go there if you value your money and sanity. They sold us a car under 6 months warranty. The car gave us so much trouble in the first few months, the electrics didn’t work, the bodywork needed repairs (it has rust now!) and the battery and alternator needed changing. My daughter had to call the breakdown services several times. When we spoke to them they said they wouldn’t cover “wear and tear”. What in a car is not wear and tear? The manager is very very rude. He hang up the phone on me. Save yourself stress and money and do not go there. I’m sharing this wherever I can so spread the word if you know someone who is thinking of buying a car.

Have a look at what everyone says on the New Facebook for Tonbridge and Surrounding Areas. I will keep sharing. Shame there is no stars, even one star is too many for you. Shame on you.

Don't be fooled by the latest reviews they are friends and employees of the company this company is the worst in the world for selling you a absolute heap of rubbish, it will be shiny and clean but within hours of driving it home the faults will start to appear they are not intetested in repairing anything and just turn their backs on it.. When I called to advise them the price to put the car right that I bought off them 2 weeks after I took it home the answer I got from the "boss Jay" was "If I had realised it was going to cost that much to put right I would have scrapped it"



They will also sell you warranties that are not worth the paper they are written on, that's if you get any paperwork at all. They sold me 2 warranties both companies had never heard of me 4 months after I bought the car... They did refund the deposit I paid but it took 6 months and many many phone calls.



Go buy a car some where else it really isn't worth the stress this company will cause you. The cars are from auctions (Was told by sales person) on one of my many phone calls do yourself a favour avoid them... AVOID at all costs....
