Wow... 9 of us dined at Aprils last night, can cater for small or large parties no problem. Food was 5 star, quality, portion sizes and service was all second to none. Cocktails are a must to try....loved buttons. Will defiantly be visiting again �

Went for a latte and had my baby in a pram. Although it's small inside there was enough room for us and we were made very welcome by the staff. The food and drinks menu looked very good and I would definitely return 😃👍🏻Xx

Very nice food and service .I Ordered wrong coffee by mistake and they replaced it free of charge . 3 clean plates which were light houmous meal . 2 lemon drizzle cakes with coffees and peppermint tea beautifully presented .

Really lovely! Had a great breakfast. Will defiantly be back.

Really cute place with delicious food and drink - we spent a perfect afternoon before heading for Manchester airport.

Popped in after the makers market as we were struggling for something vegetarian/vegan .

Choice of plant based none dairy milk and sourdough avacado and tomatoes ....beautifully presented , tasted lovely and decor to die for x

I booked an evening social for 15 ladies recently. We arranged for a selection of canapés to be served. The food was very good with plenty to eat. The staff were very attentive. Emma organised everything I asked for and communicated via email regularly. For a lovely evening & lovely surroundings I would highly recommend organising your gatherings & socials here.

Held a baby shower here and it was defiantly the right choice of venue! Staff were fantastic and they went the extra mile to ensure it ran smoothly and looked after us all! Thank you so much! 5�����

Had a lovely late brunch there on Sunday with my one year old and a couple of friends. The food was delicious and served really quickly, which is what you need when you have a hungry grumpy child. My daughter loved her salmon and scrambled eggs.

Breakfasted with daughter. Excellent. She had avocado on sourdough bread with poached eggs. I had corn cakes, with maple syrup, creme fraiche and streaky bacon. Freshly prepared and served with a smile, will be visiting again.

April's is a fantastic little venue for food or drinks, day or night. In the daytime you can linger with a pint or a coffee without feeling hurried (and the cooked breakfasts are off-the-scale amazing!). I've also been in on a Friday night (when they have live music) and the place was jumping!

Another lovely evening . Top class service and lovely staff . Highly recommend, great atmosphere and the singers were amazing tonight 5 stars �

Food is lovely, amazingly so but the service is snail slow. Coffee and tea well presented on slate plates but leaves you no room for your food plates!

We went on Sunday for Fathers Day for the first time and had a very mixed experience. The welcome was lovely and a table was found quickly for us and menus produced. The setting is fun and quirky and it is nice to be able to watch the chefs at work. The restaurant was full ish but the service was very slow. Only one person doing all the drinks as as coffee takes so long - thanks to the new amazing coffee machines - our drinks took a while. We caught our waitress attention and placed our food order and then waited and waited and waited. People seemed to come and go but no food. Evenutally it did arrive and presentation is really good (but if you dont like Rocket - beware it comes on everything!).But my husbands meal had been forgotten. So again more waiting, but my daughter and I were well into our meal before it did. The food tasted as wonderful as it looked but not sure it was worth the excessive wait. We finished - grabbed the waitress again and asked for the bill. It came and was wrong. We had been overcharged on my dish, my husbands meal was nothing like we had expected and two extra cups of coffee had magically appeared. So grabbed waitress again and the items were removed/resolved and we left - feeling a bit underwhelmed to be honest. The food is good - but the service - the handling of the delay and the wrong bill - mmmm - not good.
