Contamination, poor sanitation, geological poisoning and archaic testing methods make it difficult to get real data. This causes over 3 million deaths, 4 bn incidences of water-borne diseases and over USD 3 bn loss to the economy every year. We are currently working on an innovative optimized solution that helps monitor water safety, availability and accessibility in an online real-time manner leveraging some of the latest and next-generation technologies. Our real-time data model will provide useful insights, alerts and notifications across multiple platforms and digital channels and has a positive impact in eliminating the outbreak and preventing deaths and diseases. Our innovation directly contributes to United Nations SDG Goal 6 (Clean Water) and indirectly supports SDG Goal 3 (Health and Hygiene). Our scientific evidence-based data framework will also help government bodies for remediation planning, interventions and future policymaking.
