Had a massage which was the best ever! Good system going for quite a few people but they were right on time.

We visited on a day spa. The new spa is fantastic. It's outdoor areas are lovely on a sunny day. The food we got as part of the day package was lovely and the service was good.

I loved the different experiences they had here. The place is well kept (asides from.the pool which need a little TLC). I would definitely come back again.

Very relaxing but has lost it's character with the new development. Use to love the Roman mosaic warm beds. Seating and smells were better in the older style steam rooms

They have a good selection of treatments, the steam rooms are quite fun, however, when I visited this month they were renovating and a lot of it was closed and it was not reflected in the price

It's a pity it's in the middle of a refurbish that means 1/3 is closed. Would have been nice to have been told this when booking 4 spa passes.

I visited the Aqua Sana a few years ago and enjoyed a divinely relaxing, peaceful and tranquil experience. This time however, no chance. I found it busy and noisy with people chatting about their daily lives. And some giggling and cackling like children. There was nowhere to get any peace, not even in the area with water beds which had huge letters on the wall stating that 'silence is golden'! About 30 mins before the spa closed the staff were pottering about, folding blankets tidying and locking up etc which I found very distracting and made me feel rushed. Sadly I was really disappointed with some of the new experience rooms. The Forest view room had frosted glass, or perhaps I misread the sign. The décor and lighting was very bland. My preference would have been for a room with simulated sunlight shining through leaves with a woodland aroma to inspire a sense of peace and well being. Another room entailed sitting on very uncomfortable plastic tree stumps in a forest steam room. My bum got too numb to enjoy this one. Another, seemingly unpopular room allowed people to lie on a large sofa and stare up at an out of focus projection of the sky and listen to the fans of the projectors. Again this room had dull décor which could have been made much more of with the use of complimentary lighting, aromas and sound. Most people took a look in through the door and walked out again. Some of the rooms were really nice but we're spoiled by the chatter of other people. Very disappointed and cannot recommend unless you have never been to a spa before and do not know what to expect.

I love Center parcs' spas. They have so much variety and space. This one was being refurbished when we visited and I still give it four stars. Looking at the plans, when it fully re-opens it will be awesome. I think that I'd due Feb 2017.
