Had a new ATAG boiler fitted with smart controls to replace our old boiler. Found the whole experience very straight forward from survey to installation, very helpful staff and experienced engineers, very tidy job no mess. Recommended.

This company replaced my old boiler with a new Combi. Very neat and tidy workers. Removed all of the old tanks and old boiler parts. Very hard working and great service, everyone has been extremely helpful and all of the staff are very knowledgeable. They spent the time when finished to explain everything in detail and set up and showed us how to program the internet smart controls and downloaded the apps to our phones. 5 stars from us and a definite recommendation.

Had this company out today to fix our boiler was quoted £79 by the lady in the office yesterday and the job was booked in for this afternoon. My usual plumber has now retired so I was a bit worried about using a new company. I have not used this company before. The engineer was called Andrew and he really knew his stuff, he got to the problem quickly and had our heating hot again within 15 minutes of arriving. The price quoted £79 was honoured and it's really nice to deal with a company that sticks to its promises with both price and appointment times. I also decided to get boiler cover with them to avoid any unexpected and un-needed costs in the future and they gave me 3 months free, I am a very happy bunny.

Great Experience - Had this company recommended by a friend I work with. We had a new ATAG boiler installed by Aqua Shield a few weeks ago and I am very pleased with the boiler. The guys who fitted the boiler worked very hard and never stopped all day, very hard working. We had a couple of unforeseen problems during the day which could not have been seen when the survey took place. The guys never complained and continued to work quite a way past the expected time and we did not get charged any extra by the company. Every person I have dealt with during the works has been very caring and professional. Thank you so much, Ania.

Bad value for money - avoid. I recently called for an engineer from Aqua Shield to fix our new boiler that was failing to ignite, which they installed less than 2 years ago. When I called the office I was told that if the boiler itself was not at fault the charge would be £79. In seconds the engineer spotted the fault - the gas mains had been bumped into a half-off position by accident. The engineer said he'd be surprised if the company charged us for this, so naturally I felt a sense of relief.

The office called the next day to take payment. I appealed to their sense of fair business, but the operator I spoke to insisted on payment.

I'm left feeling extorted. Whilst I'd have been happy to pay some sort of call out charge, £79 does not represent good value for money in this case. We spent a lot of money with Aqua Shield to have the boiler installed, and now they are demanding £79 for an engineer to point at the gas meter. I'm not happy with this treatment and don't recommend them.

Just wanted to mention that Aquashield stood out way beyond my expectations for honesty and professionalism. They fitted a new boiler to a rental property last year and went to the ends of the earth to make sure our tenant wasn't left in the cold, plus they actually told me the job came out cheaper than they originally quoted, instead of just taking my money they called and informed me the bill was less - how about that! Fantastic customer care and great attitude. Highly recommended!

We had a new boiler fitted and the fitters was great very friendly and polite,no mess,from coming to give us a quote and completing the job they was fantastic and I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.We had it fitted 8 months ago.

Had boiler & radiators fitted the two lads who fitted them were brilliant and Julian who came round to quote us for the job explained everything that the company will do & promised no mess was absolutely true would recommend to anyone

I started using aquashield about 8 years ago when I got them to install a new boiler. I have them service my boiler every year, they send you a reminder so you remember each year. Their staff have always been very professional and helpfull and the prices are fair too for what is a very good service. I would definitely recommend this company as they are reliable, professional and consistent, all at a great price

I had my boiler serviced buy these guys last Saturday.Very competitively priced. Arrived on time and the gentleman was very knowledgable, well mannered and polite. I found booking my service very easy with the girls on the phone been very helpful. All in all it was a good service and experience. Will defiantly be using them for future services.
