The customer service is amazing! The skipper has the most amazing sense of humour and is very knowledgeable, Could not commend liz and Sam more as instructors, I have bought a lot of gear from them over the past year, and could not be happier with their service, it’s sad to see sam and liz leave the shop but I know I can expect only the best from this company in the future

Good an fast boat with everything you need aboard, safety is completely covered and Dougie knows what he is doing. Legendary services, good example in the industry. Highly recommended!

Fantastic staff and instructors, would definitely recommend going here if you want to learn to dive! Really reassuring and helpful! Cracking weekends diving. Staff in the shop really friendly , helpful and accommodating. Dougie is an awesome skipper rough weather Saturday but still got us in for two dives . Then the JEL and Scylla on Sunday. Loads of room on boat and the surface interval cup of tea and pasty were spot on. Cannot wait to go again.

Had a great weekend diving with Aquanauts. Skipper very knowledgeable and a good laugh between dives. Good thorough safety and dive brief. Would dive with again.

I thought the skipper needs lessons in customer service, plus he was contradictory, for example telling you to do one thing during the safety briefing, then shouting at you for doing what you were told to do! I have a list of things as long as my arm that pissed me off, but I'm not going to list them.

We are a group of experienced wreck divers, and didn't need treating like children. I will be bringing our group back to Plymouth, but will definitely not be spending our money with Aquanauts again, purely based on the skippers attitude and practices!
