Our aim is to ensure that our customers only pay for the services they receive and that charges raised by the water companies are on the correct basis. Our teams of experts carry out all the necessary on and off site investigations and checks needed to highlight the overcharges, billing anomalies and errors so that our claims department can rectify the problems. The charging schemes and mechanisms used by water companies to assess charges is complex and because of this overcharging, billing anomalies and errors are common. Aquasave has recovered over £75 million for its customers and can provide advice on every facet within the water industry.
