Aquazero Ltd is a producer of high quality demineralised process water; ultra-pure WFI-quality water; and alcohol blends used in hospitals and surgeries for cleaning hard surfaces. Based in Skegness, Lincolnshire our aim is to offer a first class service in supplying high-quality products. Every drop of Aquazero has undergone Activated Carbon Filtration to remove pesticides, taints and organics followed by Ion Exchange Softening to remove total hardness and unwanted heavy metals. Particle Filtration followed by High Rejection Osmosis ensures that every drop is guaranteed to have less than 10 Micro-Siemens per centimetre conductivity. Aquazero is guaranteed to be less than 10 Micro-Siemens per centimetre conductivity although independent laboratory analysis found our water to be generally less than 5 Micro-Siemens, making it suitable for many different applications. An addition to our plant allows the production of WFI-quality, bacteria-free water. This is achieved by the use of twin resin chambers; 0. 45 and 0. 20 micron filtration; and UV radiation. This technology consistently produces water with a conductivity of around 0. 07 Micro-Siemens (which is a resistivity of over 16 Megohms).
