Aquila Property Group first opened its doors in October 2019 with Aquila. Apartments LTD. With 3 founders on the board and a strong clear vision, the company started off with providing an unmatchable property management service to property investors - HMO and Serviced Accommodation. After seeing the success from the management services we understood the medium needed to satisfy our clients - a hands off service which solely focuses on helping clients advance their wealth by investing in properties. On February 2020, a new company was formed; Aquila Property Sourcing Ltd. The purpose of this company was to provide source-to-order property investment and development opportunities in the United Kingdom and European Countries. Since the launch of Aquila Property Sourcing Ltd over 700 deals have been sourced for clients and they are all successfully generating profit. The company has expanded since then and now have different teams responsible for Property Management, Property sourcing, Consultancy and Sales. A team of Investor Relationship Managers are also available to assist clients with any concerns they may have.
