Got up to a very wet utility room, safety valve on boiler had released in the night. Called A+R and they were here within the hour. Very pleasant gentleman arrived with relevant part. Service was quick, efficient and reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again. Thank you.

Really quick response to phone call to assess issue and then returned following morning with new part to repair. Friendly engineer who called ahead to let us know what time he’d be coming and did the work to suit our schedule which was great.

After buying our new home, we had only been in for a few days when the central heating stopped.
I called A+R on recommendation from a friend.
From my 1st contact with A+R, everything was no trouble at All, everyone was polite and had a genuine customer care approach.
Tony was in contact throughout the afternoon with updates on his arrival.
Tony and Nadeen arrived after 6pm, yet even though they had a long day, they were polite, professional and curtious.
They did a wonderful job in no time.

Tony replaced my timer very quickly. The boiler now works perfectly. I have a contract with them so I have saved a lot of money. Better than British gas!

Good quailty stuff. Got hot water working on first visit. Had to get parts for second visit but kept informed via text and came back next day. Checked radiators were fully warm before went. Good friendly and professional service:)

We have had an annual service and repair contract with A&R for about ten years now, which is just as well as a variety of problems have developed with our boiler in that time. Tony is an excellent engineer and has repaired the boiler and replaced several components over the years (free of charge of course). He is a very pleasant gentleman and is happy to explain what has happened and what he has done to rectify the problems. Highly recommended.

EDIT:
Another problem yesterday evening (28.1.17). No heating and no hot water, so I called A&R. Tony called back and asked me a few questions, which I could answer quite easily. From that information, he was able to diagnose the problem - a faulty pump in the boiler - which proved to be correct when he visited this lunchtime. He quickly replaced the pump (free, under the service and maintenance contract) and the boiler is once more working perfectly. A masterful engineer!

It's not ideal when your boiler breaks in the middle of January when there is snow outside and your finances are low .. Tony and his team came out to assess it on the same day we called and worked tirelessly to do everything to revive our old Ravenheat. Unfortunately boiler didn't make it so after getting a few quotes for a new one we chose to go with A+R as they offered competitive prices and quick service. Very quickly we got back to having heating and hot water and they have also used their specialist knowledge to install us a new "Nest" thermostat.
Highly recommended.
