Thank you for a damsel in distress in Birmingham, the worst night of the year! I'm disabled they were absolutely fantastic! My fingers were frozen I have frostbite they could see how I'm stressed I was not a taxi inside the weather was dreadful snow teeming down, but they gave me a free cup of hot tea warm me up under the nice hot lamps, no thank you guys very much you also took me to the venue which I was truly grateful and you went out of your way that extra mile and a half so hence you have a brilliant review from me anyone who likes shisha go there, lovely restaurant lovely lighting and really nice gentleman! Thank you too I think the owner who gave me two lovely tea I really appreciated it you saved my life!

Shisha quality is really good. It doesn't burn out so quickly. Staffs are very attentive as u don't need to call them for coal change. We have been treated very welcomed by Manager. Amazing decor with very good atmosphere with good selection of music. No doubt best in birmingham.

Shisha is amazing! Service is brilliant too, always feel comfortable. Music is always on point, overall a really good place to go to and relax. Lovely lady at till point who always makes you feel very welcome.

Best shisha lounge in Birmingham. Amazing decor and massive lounge with very good music selection and atmosphere is excellent..Very good customer service..Overall 5 star lounge.

Best shisha lounge in Birmingham with great customer service. Amazing decor with lovely atmosphere. Their shisha is spot on and they got seperate restaurant for selections of food & desserts. Will defenetly come back soon.

Wonderful place a must visit for all shisha lovers

Only reason its a 3 is we didnt know it closes at 2. We arrived at 1.15 to be told at 1.55 we close at 2. Would have been nice to be told we do close in 45 minutes. Your tables are very very sticky. We tried to play cards and our cards got stuck to the table haha. However its a nice atmosphere and sheesha is good. Also the staff are friendly.

some of the staff were rude and the shisha was awful despite it being "fixed" three times in 20 minutes. waste of money

Where Do I begin. The floors were sticky as well as the tables too. The drinks were ok but didnt seem like they made it. The shisha coals kept burning up and we had to change that ourselves. Could smell the toilet were we sitting and we sat all the way at back. Worse part was the peri peri burger. Bit into it and the chicken was so raw the meat was like a jelly substance but they did cook it afterwards. Middle of the night couldnt stop throwing up. Got bad food poisoning from the place. Wouldnt recommend to anyone if you value your life
