The worst Shisha I have had, the guy serving was trying to explain to me the shisha is burnt because I moved the head.

I explained to the idiot its burnt because the flavour is stuck to the foil, and to prove him wrong I took the foil of and literally all the flavour was stuck to the head and then again the numpty goes its because you shook the head.

I explained again that I also run a shisha bar and the reason why shisha is burnt its because you had hardly put any flavour in the head and loaded it with massive 3 coals.

I actually challenged him to let me make a shisha and he can smoke it for 1 hour and if one part of the flavour touches the foil, i will pay for 3 shishas....

However walked out and left as the workers had no clue how to run the place, the workers are to busy on the phone and dealing weed outside the shop.

Bit mixed experience, last time we went was on Friday and didn't like it. Music too loud, can't here own thoughts not to mention talking to your mates. Very busy so they sat us with other people sharing tiny table. On a way out some by the look of it two local Somali origin "gangsta" blocked way out mocking and laughing at people trying to move. After 10 minutes one bouncer approached them smiling and did nothing to solve the problem.
Time before was actually good as it was on Wednesday and wasn't that busy and packed with males of a certain ethnic group who just obnoxiously stare at your female friends

I travelled all the way down from Sparkbrook to come here as i saw flyers for their previous Eid party. As I walked in the staff was ethnically dominated by Somalis, not only did they dress poorly but their language and demur was even worse. The awful customer service started with the young dark skinned woman at the restaurant, who seemed much happier to attend to her makeup than actual customers. The horror continued as I went to order shisha and drinks. I was served by a tall black gentleman with a strong accent who looked disgusted at my soul when I ordered grape and mint. The shisha tasted like soggy fags and the pipe water had excess flavour floating around. Took 20 mins for a pipe to arrive and when it arrived another gentleman refused to start up my shisha as he did not approve of my flavour. Also, the gentleman who was supposed to seat me, left me stranded at the bar. When I was finally seated, the younger men next to me offered me a seat in the back of the astra to do balloons. As i went to the toilet, i was harrassed by a dark gentleman with clear glasses for a cigarette. Awful day!

Interesting entertainment, good music, though loud and an odd rule of 1 sheesha between 2 people. Sheesha was only ok.

Great turkish food, amazing but sheesha has it's good and bad points. Good music and entertainment. Sometimes waiting to get seated is time consuming but they try to keep you updated. Staff are great and approachable. Prices are reasonable. Only negative is seating could be better.

I wish the Sultan restaurant, The turkish food restaurant was not in this Yobistan place. A non-family environment, full of yobs who come here to have CANCERIOUS shisha experience. Its more like a fish market. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES.

Best shisha place in Birmingham. 12 to 13 pounds per shisha drink is must

A decent shisha! Not the best service- very packed and rushed that employees aren't able to handle pressure and don't give unique customer experience. Shisha overall is weak
