Very excited to announce our Gin-uary event with the newest Bournemouth gin distiller to the market, BH1 Gin. On Friday 25th January 2019 we are hosting a night of gin cocktail masterclasses and blind tastings Our chef Andy Hilton is preparing locally sourced cheese, bread and charcuterie platters to share. As if that isn't enough there will be a bottle of BH1 up for grabs at the end of night too. Wow - one of the best ever
We stayed at the Green House Hotel and booked to eat in the restaurant before a concert. We ate from the fixed price menu and I can genuinely say that this was one of the best meals weŌĆÖve ever had. The food was innovative, beautifully cooked using seasonal and fresh products. We both had fish of the day which was perfectly cooked hake served with a little pie of lentils and swede which tasted just like shepherds pie! We shared a sticky toffee pudding with pumpkin which tasted heavenly and reminded me of bonfire night! The atmosphere and service were exemplary too. CanŌĆÖt recommend highly enough and canŌĆÖt wait for breakfast tomorrow!

We had a really good time in Arbor Restaurant. The food was very well presented with plenty of choice. The staff cannot do enough for you making sure you are well looked after. Definitely will be back.

We came at lunch time today for my dad's birthday and we couldn't have had a better all round experience. The customer service we received was excellent, and the fact my dads birthday was acknowledged straight away, and with a glass of prosecco, made it very special. The food was amazing and the attention my young daughter received was really appreciated. Thank you!

To be honest we can't believe there are reviews on here about bad service as ours was exceptional and we made sure we tipped heavily as this is so rare in restaurants we find. The food was fabulous and very reasonably priced, the Dorset champagne lush and the cocktails amazing! We will be booking our stay here very soon! Ten out of ten! Fantastic! Loved it!

Stunning hotel and restaurant, fabulous food and wonderful staff.

I booked a family lunch for eight of us to celebrate my Mum's birthday. Our waiter subtly picked up we were celebrating a birthday and as a surprise to us all, wished Mum a Happy Birthday with a glass of Prosecco and later on an 'extra' little dessert with a Happy Birthday message. Little touches that really make things extra special, especially when we hadn't even mentioned our celebration directly.

To enjoy superb food along with attentive and personable service, you will delighted with The Arbor.

Really great quality food and reasonably priced. Been here several times. Seasonal/daily specials are good. Nice to have 2 different fresh fish dishes daily. The espresso martinis are also good. Had my wedding reception here and the food was just as good as if it was an al a carte meal for 2 rather than a large table all at the same time. I would highly recommend this restaurant

One of my absolute favourite restaurants. My husband and I came here on our wedding day and return every year for our anniversary and the experience is always fantastic. The service and the food are exceptional. Can't wait for our visit this year!

Myself and my fianc├® went for a Valentines meal together, we have been to the Arbor many times and we always find it amazing, the food is delicious, fresh, homely yet modern, the menu is brilliant, well put together with lots of different wine options to choose from. The staff are attentive and make sure that you get your food and drinks in a timely manner, the price is incredible too, we are always surprised at how small the bill is. One particular member of staff, Aga, is absolutely fantastic, she always ensures that you are truly looked after. Each visit has been 5 star. Highly recommended.

Lovely place, food was delicious and the staff looked after us very well without being too intrusive... we were left with as much time as we needed to enjoy our night and the food.

Lovely food. We ordered curry pork, Wellington duck, seafood and steak. Everything was delicious, fresh and beautifully presented. We didnŌĆÖt wait that long. The restaurant is elegant but we had chosen to eat our dinner in the garden in very nice scenery. The waitress were very kind, smart and caring. We liked our mojitos too (except from the paper straws lol). Strongly recommend.

Fantastic meal, could not fault the food at all. Staff were also very good and very friendly. We will definitely go to the Arber restaurant again when we are in the area.

Been looking for amazing food in Bournemouth for a while without extremely disgusting prices.... I will look no further!! And great atmosphere don't feel rushed, would highly recommend and will certainly be returning!! Had an amazing waiter from Greece such a nice guy and great with guests!! Wouldn't be able to fault anything with this restaurant!!

As someone who is lucky enough to have eaten in a vast number of fine restaurants on regular occasion, I can honestly say with some sound based grounding, that this restaurant is nothing short of exceptional. A real hidden gem. The menu is exciting and Chef adds real thought to the dishes. The wines are of a good standard also. The environment is modern and chic, yet relaxed. I will definitely be making this restaurant a regular haunt.

An excellent experience, right from our welcome at the entrance. Really enjoyed the tastes of each course and so did my fellow guests. Very helpful staff and an excellent ambiance.

A gem of a restaurant. We've just moved to the area and as a vegan, finding great places to eat is hard! The vegan option for each course was superb! The dessert...stunning! The restaurant itself is beautifully styled with perfect lighting. We will be back soon.

We have been several times and this time it just ŌĆ£missedŌĆØ. Not impressed and treated like a grockle - never a good experience and the food was not as good either.
