We went there last night. 4 adults and 1 child. We were originally showed to a booth opposite the kitchen area which we found very cramped for people not slim. On asking we were offered a table in the conservatory which was excellent. And the food and service was faultless thank you

We visited yesterday as a party of 30 for my daughters 12th birthday. The service was exceptional, everyone's order came out at the same time, was cooked to perfection, whether it was steak, chicken or a kids meal. Splitting the bill at the end was simple & the shout out for my daughters birthday was highly embarrassing for her, so mission accomplished. Cannot fault any of it. Well done Arbuckles, 30 very happy people. Would highly recommend.

We don’t live far from here and we’re regular visitors both for work meetings over coffee and for meals out personally. Always have a great meal and the staff are amazing. Can’t recommend highly enough and the new restaurant at Ely is fantastic too!

The food is always amazing, all of the staff are just beautiful, especially the manager Charlie so welcoming, so lovely and Chris Stone considering it was his second day, oh what a man. I love how diverse the place is it’s nice to see, you can be professional with personality. Amazing service and amazing food. Ollie was a cheeky little sort as well!

Really good vegetarian and now vegan options. Everytime they do a special event meal they always include at least two veggy options which most places just offer a basic one option. Really glad arbuckles just make a bit more of an effort so very pleased everytime and always really full when leaving �

My rating of our meal on Sunday is not about the food but the service. The food was fine, you know what you’re getting from Arbuckles. My shout out goes to one of the best waiters I have been served by for a long long time. Jack was an absolute pleasure and clearly enjoys his job. Too often you get only get memorable service for the wrong reasons and have some bored server going through the motions and expecting a tip for it. Jack couldn’t have been more polite, funny and accommodating. I hope he is appreciated within Arbuckles because in the F&B business I have managed I would consider him worth his weight in gold. I spoke to a manager and said how brilliant he was and I was told it would be passed on and I hope that it was

Fantastic Full English breakfast, service is excellent, prices reasonable, and the best sausages, my wife loves their enormous hash browns. We have been there twice recently as we had business that way, now trying to think of reasons to go that way again

Another lovely meal served for us .. Chicken burger for me with jacket potaoe .. I asked for garlic mushrooms which wasn't on menu but I received mushrooms with garlic butter over which were amazing. My partner enjoyed his, meal. Service was good very helpful young lady. Definitely go back again �

No corn on the cob!! Still getting over it. Ribs to die for. Great non-pushy service. Clean environment. Comfy. Great cocktails. Jambalaya was disappointing. Promise 2 chilli heat (spice value) no test at all let alone spice. I would go back though. Nice place

Limp lifeless coleslaw, too much mayo turned the onion, carrot and cabbage into mush so not a good start, the Mac n Cheese bites only tasted of the breadcrumb coating, how about seasoning your food as you cook it, having to add lots of salt and pepper is a big no no to me, doubt I will eat here again, over priced slop...

84 mile round trip for a meal that was no more than mediocre. Our main course arrived when we were still waiting for our starter at which point it was no more than tepid. Needless to say didn’t bother with desert!!

Starters were lacking - the potato skins portion small and poorly filled, the prawn cocktail tough and unpleasant. Mains acceptable but forget to serve onion rings then re fried and dripping in oil. Sticky toffee pudding in a lake of very sweet sauce. Could have been so much better. Waitress misread the bill so came back for more money as we left topped the evening off.

Welll went to the Ely store. Have to say lovely staff, BUT the food was terrible, over microwaved chicken breast that was grey, wife’s scampi each bit was under cooked and had black poo sack still in place. Complained got a apology from the waitress and she went off to find the manager. No manager appeared.... will not be back. Overpriced rip and ping food.

First of all the staff were fine.

I ordered a Ribeye steak medium, i could of cut and chewed old boot leather easier than chewing the steak, i left it and we were refunded £9.00 off the bill so i was actually charged £10.00 for a few chips and a mouthful of salad, expensive lesson learn’t and have no intention of returning to this place.

Didn’t think it was great food was bland and bog standard !! Everything is basically covered in bbq sauce and way too much as well !! Bloody expensive as well wouldn’t recommend coming to Arbuckles either
