Thank you for making my 30th birthday so memorable. The night was faultless, the DJ was incredible I cannot thank him enough. Martin for getting everything set up, awesome. Then Rebecca and max behind the bar, were just absolutely fantastic (I think my mum wanted to take Rebecca home with us haha) A great venue for a party and more than I could have expected. I hired out Arcadia Penthouse for my 40th on the 30th April. What an amazing night. Martin was brilliant and helped me plan it all. The Dj was great. Ronnie and Laura the bar girls were awesome, they did a fantastic job and we're truly amazing. I had no problems with the door men, they were lovely to all my guests and helped me before & after the event. My guests & I had a brilliant evening and I would highly recommend. Thanks Arcadia! Xx

Held private party here for my husband's 50th party. Lovely venue .... and as it was hot the outside area was godsend ! We got there at 7pm to set up - no problems there. Ladies toilets all sorted .... saw other reviews. A lot of email correspondence before the party, which was good. The 2 bar ladies we had were brill and worked hard. We also pre-ordered and paid for Prosecco to welcome our guests. The DJ was also very good and all our guests were nagged about ID ! No one had any problems with the security / doormen. Would recommend .... we had a brill night ! Thank you all.

Lovely looking venue but is very cramped & a bit claustrophobic downstairs especially when they are at full capacity.

Bar prices are reasonable but doubles are not (literally double the price) also any offers or deals advertised on the menu are not vaild on event nights - although it doesn't say this!

Normally have a good night however I couldn’t move the last time I went and the music was awful! The worst thing is the door staff! So rude and speak to you like shit! One even pushed my friend. Caused us nothing but trouble getting in when we’d paid for tickets already said we had to queue in the freezing cold but let others go in saying the same thing! Just rude and disrespectful!

Bought an £8 ticket earlier on, only to find out they charge £5 on the door, when I turned up on the night.

To make matters worse when I showed them my ticket, the Security at the door told me the event was upstairs (though I was told on FB it would be downstairs, I assumed the placement had changed) after an hour sitting upstairs I was informed that I'm on the wrong floor.



Worse night ever. Luckily I turned up at 8:45pm had two drinks and left by 10pm.



Never again!

Attended a private party last night and all i can say is that your door staff are vile and need some serious training in how to deal with the public!?! Perhaps you can fund it from the proceeds of the over priced under measure drinks!! The Roof Terrace Bar would benefit from lights in the ladies toilets, new CLEAN glasses rather than the dirty, scuffed plastic child size beakers, not what's expected when paying for a private venue! The DJ however was great and made up for the rest of the staff attitudes and personality disorders!! Would not recommend this venue if you want your guests to be welcomed and treated like human beings

Your door men where rude and vile I asked if I could go out to answer a call for. My child , he said yes , when I tried to go back in , a different door man wouldn't let me come back in , he said I had to phone someone upstairs to confirm I had been in there , even though it was a private party , and my jacket was up there and i was freezing , had to beg to get back in , he told me you should asks the doorman to go out !!! I said I did , then he wanted me to describe of what the other doorman looked like ?? your club needs to hire some people that where brought up with manners, totally ruined the night otherwise would of been great , also the 3 toilets 2 of then had no lights , drinks where under measured and overpriced . Not happy

Music was fine, but the door staff was rude .

They were sarcastic, they pushed us without explanation and if you were asking they got angry.

We was like some cows on a field...

I would not waste my time and money to go to this place the DOOR STAFF are extremely rude... we Had paid for tickets they do not state this bar requires photo id .the door staff were extremely obnoxious and very aggressive towards us..I did not think there were doorman like this anymore ..I would not recommend this place.
