Arcadia Trust Group goes to market with a focus on three key sectors: outsourced trust management services, vulnerable people and employee-benefit schemes. We underpin these themes with product offerings: wills, powers of attorney, full trust administration /compliance, tax returns and tax advice, delivered by people who are available when clients want them to be available. We wanted to build a business based on the foundations of what was fair and what was the right thing to do. We didn't want to have time-clocks ticking away every time the phone rang, and we didn't want to be precluded from servicing our clients in the way that we wanted to because of financial targets. We wanted to be able to take ourselves to our clients and deal with them in the way that they wanted to be dealt with, and not pigeon hole them or talk about scope and additional costs every time they asked us a question.
