Arch Care Rehab Mental Health Services are a specialised mental health care provider based in North Somerset and Bath. The services are committed to providing excellence in person centred support and care, recovery and the re-enabling of individuals with complex mental health needs. Arch Care Rehab Mental Health Services provide community support to individuals who live independently and have four supported housing schemes across the two Local Authorities. Support can additionally take place within nursing and residential care homes. Arch Care Rehab Mental Health Services provide practical, emotional and financial support to individuals rebuilding their confidence within the community / supported living setting. The organisation also provides support concentrating on social inclusion, attending all medical appointments and the management of all physical and psychological health needs. Arch Care Rehab Mental Health Services are contracted by the Local Authorities although also accept referrals from self funders including private and direct payment funders.
