That time of year has come again... We are having our yearly port and cheese night. With a selection of great ports and delicious cheeses we always have a great night. there is limited tickets available, so make sure you get yours.... Tickets will be on sale at the end of november so keep your eye out for when they go on sale as first come first served.

This year we are having our christmas raffle on boxing day at 4pm.

Why is it that all the quaint little pubs are hidden from sight? Tami was saying what a lovely little pub this is (yes, our first visit even though we only live round the corner). Nice open fire blazing away. What more could one ask for. And roast just been served, plenty to fill us all up. Thanks Gemma and Rob and staff. We enjoyed the food and service that much that I bought Gemma, and the chef Alison a drink and gave the young waitress a tip as well. Will be our "local" from now on. xxxx

Went for a evening meal to celebrate my dads birthday last night whilst visiting my parents. They had been to this pub before but only @ lunchtime & had told me food was delicious.What a find! Steak & BBQ Melts were so delicious & as for the puddings yummy! Great value @ good prices. Can't wait to come back again

We've just been out to you for an evening meal which I have to say was absolutely superb. The waitress who served our table was fantastic and we'll definitely be back.

We had Sunday Lunch yesterday, such tasty, home cooked food. Best Sunday lunch we have had in any pub or restaurant ever! Well worth a visit. Thank you.

Had Sunday roast today, very generous portion of beef, veg cooked to perfection and delicious raspberry cheesecake. Reasonably priced and fast efficient service. Highly reccomended!

Great value roast on Sunday, specials board in the week plus open fire, darts and friendly service. We go here as often as we can.
