New Smoking Bins for blocks 17-25 & 26-34
We ask that people use them and not throw their used cigarettes on the floor outside the communal entrances, please also refrain from smoking inside the doorways.

User

Smoking bins have been installed just by the communal entrances to blocks 17-25 and 26-34 to help prevent cigerette litter - if successful there may be further bins installed around the development.
We would ask people to use these to dispose of cigarettes instead of throwing them on the floor of which some have been doing - we would also remind leaseholders / residents that smoking is not allowed in any communal areas / doorways.

User

You may have noticed over the past few months some of the works carried out at Archers Court.
The 2 bed blocks have had a new fire alarm system installed which links every flat together, new external signage for the whole development as well as changes to the gardens and landscaping as well as new door plates. We still have a few things left to get done in the first quarter of 2017.
Thank you for your patience throughout the works, wishing you and your families a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
