As a result, I'm dropping my available days to Sundays at KO gym. If you want to have a 1to1 session or nutrition consult, please let me know in advance and I can try to line up clients over the day.
If you have sessions currently booked in, don't worry - this won't affect those.

Boxing's cancelled tomorrow as our head coach has missed his train. Apologies and Seeya Monday. Arches
Sparring shorter - only 6-7 tonight. Tomorrow's session Banderas (mixed ability) only, then normal intro + general on Sunday (10-11, 11-1230)
