This price includes the monthly box storage, all handling charges and all delivery charges both physical and electronic. We believe this approach shares the risk with our clients and demonstrates a true partnership. It gives clients a simple and reliable annual budget figure for all storage and retrieval. The Archive Warehouse Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Land Management Ltd. , a privately owned company that has been trading profitably for over 80 years. Land Management is an unusually stable company. William Sunnucks is its third chairman in 80 years, and Shaun Barker its fourth General Manager. It believes that this track record of stability is ideal for the archive business, where the records in storage will often outlive the normal management cycle. It is interested in building this business as a long term project.
