Arcturus Capital Advisors are a global renewable energy company focused on connecting energy off take project developers in Europe and North America with an international bond company, whom we are affiliated with as their lead correspondent. Arcturus Capital Advisors performs the initial Phase I pre underwriting between the EPC, O& M and offtaker. From there, the package is turned over to the bond company whereby the raise of 100% finance of the loan can be achieved. What we look for are projects in solar, wind, bio mass, anything that can produce an energy off take. Funds are available for shovel-ready projects, however, we can assist the developer with projects in earlier stages to get them ready for funding. Our partners are financing projects all over the world and we will be happy to provide developers a current list of funded projects.
