As it's #ThrowbackThursday I would like to throw back to my mum & step dad's wedding day in the stunning Isle of Arran in Scotland. The venue where they got married in was Broddick Castle which we could see from the ferry when we arrived on the island. The castle was majestic, truly a magnificent setting for a wedding and a truly special location for them as the proposal took place in a summer house in the castle grounds. There was something really special about the whole exp...erience as the island has a population of around 4500 people so everywhere wasn't overloaded with people so it felt like the whole weekend was just for us. The reception took place at Auchrannie Spa Resort which was also our accommodation for the weekend. A stunning location to chill out and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
