Founded as Heather Watson Operational Services in 2014, our founder felt the time had come to expand the business, give it a fresh makeover and change the company name in January 2020. We specialise in virtual administrative support and accounts services throughout the UK. With over 30 years experience in office administration, bookkeeping, invoicing and purchase ledger, 20 years in payroll and business accounts and 15 years as business start-up consultants including customer service and team management training. In addition to all that, we are also able to create your website through Wix, create powerpoint presentations, reports and promotional brochures. We do all this so you can spend your time looking after your customers instead of being lost in mountains of paperwork.
