When I left the store 21/11/15 @approx 5:30pm, was putting my items into the boot of my car when the boot door slammed shut onto the top of my head and caused serious damage... A civilian passing by saw the blood running down my face and took me back into your Totton store where your staff in there quickly came to my assistance calming me down, cleaning me up and called and waited with me till the emergency services arrived. They are all fantastic and deserve huge recognition for their quick actions and thoughtfulness...

We went there buy a telly and weren't aware about the parking system. It has a free session 90 minutes. We went there bought what we want spent 30 minutes and got a parking ticket. Please be aware there are people who are hunting on you to punish you if you don't put the free ticket on ur windscreen. Such a shame that a big shop's and they can't look after their customer's provide free parking. Good lesson
I came in to order an item for my son, advertised at £5.99 in catalogue had to pay 3 times as much!!! How is this allowed?
Wanted to purchase something that is advertised in the catalogue for £22.99 but tried charging me £29.99 and wouldn't honour the catalogue price.
Terrible customer service, absolutely terrible. More interested in talking to friends or out of work colleagues at the counter.
Just drove 1/2 hour each way to the store for my reserved items and waited a long time in store for the 2 toys.. when I was there I also asked for one other toy (that I hadn't reserved) the computer said it was in stock, so no problem..? The lady on the till said it's in stock and they'll bring it down but I have to pay at another till as hers isn't working properly.. went to collection and to pay, lady at collection said it's not in stock, there were 3 of these toys that are showing as available are actually reservations, I thought that was odd as should be taken off the 'in stock' amount. Get all the way back home and check the app... reserved it and called head office to check it's actually reserved and at Totton store and it is... so basically because the store staff couldn't be bothered to check properly I have to do the hour round trip again to get the toy I could have got when I was there. INFURIATED!! Not good customer service.
Just been waiting in store for 45 minutes & left empty handed !!!!!!
What i could see only 4 staff, when asked to see a manager was told there is no manager in but a team leader who is sorting the home deliveries out!!
I was stood waiting for my item after being called up to collect it for 30 minutes & ended up going to till to ask for a full refund as not waiting any longer
Its a bank holiday weekend, firstly you should have enough staff & secondly why isn't there any manager supervising...
When i left left there was over 25+ people waiting for there items!!!!!
