Argos Whitechapel Road

Does what Argos does. Small store but generally seems to have most things I've been after immediately (ie wanted to pick up on the way home). Can get busy but staff stay friendly and youre still out without 15mins

Would have been a 5 but if I hadn't of used my common sense and prompted the manager he was clearly in the wrong. If you have a bed available for free home delivery within 14 days and after advising me I'm mistaken while flicking to the page to read "14 days" half an apology later trying to charge me delivery for a month later because it's not in the time frame?! Luckily after advising I'd cancel they offered me 10% off. Would have been better to find that as their first option!

Had to wait ages as at one point there was I ly one member of staff serving . However once I was served the girl was extremely helpful

They have finally upgraded this store. My previous review was 1star as service was very bad and slow. Self service machines were not working and no order numbers for collection points. They have now upgraded so better collection point with order numbers showing on screen and being called out.

The system was down and the shop was closed, I phoned them and told me we will be opened shortly after 30 minutes. I waited in the street for 30 minutes and they closed the shop completely and I went to the airport and left my stuff in London.
Well done Argos for employing unprofessional employees

Before you shop at argos: note it gave me the most horrendous customer service and general attitude I have ever seen in my entire life by a seemingly serious business that's not an obvious scam. If you want to have a bit of legal and consumer rights protection for heavens sake buy online instead of in-store but best to not buy at all.

Please go to any other proper retailer or online shops with actual peace of mind customer service.

Terrible Understaffed slow service. I was in store and it just closed randomly due to technical error and I wasn't able to collect my item.
