What is Argys Attic of Curiosities?

An Idea that regardless of age, or condition of a gadget, that it can be repaired or work long term.
Over the past 30 years, we have all been conditioned into thinking that because something has broken or looks really naff, that it should be thrown away and "lets just buy a new one". Argys Attic is challenging that conditioning, and making it so your item such as a Tv, or an old computer sitting in that Attic of yours, can be used again, in in most cases, get folk enjoying it as well. However there is an added bonus too. . . . it need not cost you a fortune to get it repaired, or restored ever again.

Ewaste has become a Gobal Concern. Many years of Electronics being stockpiled and many parts recycled at huge costs to our pockets, and to the Earth too.

So in October of 2015, after many years pondering as to whether something like this could work, Argys Attic was formed. Largly as a Hobby for items picked up on Ebay, Buying broken, selling as fully Working and Functioning Units.

Now its starting to get a little more Widely Known, with quite literally customers from ALL over the world, and getting the attention of some famous faces too.

Is it pronounced arjee or what?

Argy is short for Argonaught. as in Jason of the Argonaughts. A nickname earned many years ago. so its pronounced like argonaughts, the G being a GUH sound not a JUH sound.

I fix Tvs (CRT or LCDs, it doesnt matter) irrespective of age. (LCD screens are exempt from repair, if its the screen, you will have to buy new)
I fix Computers (from 1970s to Modern day)
I fix Consoles (from 1970s onwards)
I fix Laptops
I fix PCs
VCRs, DVD, Bluray, Hifi or other Audio (retro and vintage to modern stuff)
