The element on our fan oven packed up. Rang Arien who came the same day and diagnosed the fault. And when the new element arrived called the same day and fitted it. Great speedy service at a reasnable price. Thank you!

Rang Arien today as our Freezer alarm was flashing and temperature dropping. Within 2 hours Ahmed arrived at our house. The Freezer is 'frost free' and Ahmed explained this was causing the problem as all Freezers build frost over time. He advised us to defrost the Freezer and was fairly certain this would solve the problem. He also offered to return if this didn't rectify the problem. There was no charge and Ahmed even put protective covers on his shoes when he was in our home. I cannot recommend Ahmed and Arien highly enough. Thank you and well done.

Fantastic Service from Buying my new chest box freezer. Friendly and cheerful Delivery staff, who where very helpful

all with a Fantastic Price tag too.
