Sorry customers, once again BT have disconnected all my services. This is not what I expect from a communications company, we are now into day 8 and are still no further with them fixing their fault.

Well a step closer, BT arrived this morning to connect phone line & broadband ..... Great news my phone is now working, but broadband is still down. Not bad for a communication company, well at least they have done half a job

After another long frustrating conversation with BT, please be advised that hopefully my business telephone will be active soon. But according to BT this may only happen on the 10 October.
