This shop is the bees knees . It has a reputation of being really up market ( which is is) but the staff are very friendly (not pushy- just pleasant) and the prices are surprisingly affordable. It’s a delight to wander around and see the different, inspirational areas. I visit Macclesfield on the train but always wish I’d come in a van when I visit Arighi’s as there is so much I want to take home with me. Cannot fault anything. I have also heard some heartwarming stories from friends about exceptional customer service when things haven’t gone according to plan.

The staff are always friendly and eager to help. I come here often to dine at the cafe which never fails to serve beautiful food with excellent customer service too! Love browsing the furniture and displays then going for a bite to eat. Great day out!

Summer sale !We enjoyed our visit to Arighi today ,a great sale with strawberries and Prosseco ! Ordered a lovely sofa bed to replace the one I bought there 18 years ago ! And a nice rug too. Great people and service /products /choice

My first time there, it was great to see a real, family owned establishment, with the owner, Paul, wondering around. The furniture was of a very high standard, excellent quality, and we enjoyed lovely salads in the cafe-and cake!-. Customer service.....excellent!

Just had our new hall Karndean flooring fitted by Nathan today after he did a fabulous job with our kitchen/diner. He is a credit to your company. As they say it’s all in the preparation and Nathan is clearly a perfectionist. 5 stars.

I LOVE Arighi Bianchi. Since I visited with a friend about 18 months ago I have been back at least once a fortnight. The cafe is fantastic and the staff are lovely - wonderful service throughout the store, beautiful furniture, accessories are works of art...ever changing, absolutely marvellous family business

From start to finish Arighi Bianchi have exceeded our expectations. From helping us choose the correct dining table and chairs in store with sales Chris to being kept informed of ETA, until today when it was delivered and assembled by the delivery team. Super guys who left us fully informed of how to care for our purchase and made sure we were super happy with everything!

We’re extremely fortunate to have Arighi in Macclesfield.

Absolutely lovely place - fabulous furniture, impeccable customer service , scrummy food in the cafe/restaurant. My family have bought furniture here for longer than I can remember. On my 3rd suite my first was 23 years ago when I was setting up my first home and was expecting a baby and whilst waiting for our new sofa they let us borrow one until ours was ready. A few years later another house move and some more children we bought a Collins and heyes which lasted 17 years and we recently replaced that one just because it was time and also had a new floor which is stunning. Today they totally exceeded my expectations when I urgently needed a mattress for my son. After a quick call I was on my way to the warehouse to pick up a mattress. Cannot recommend enough Xx

We have recently bought a sofa and two chairs from Arighi_Bianchi. The sofa was delivered after a two month wait but was the wrong colour. We had to choose another sofa altogether and then had another ten week wait.

We were pleased with the new sofa but then discovered that one of the chairs had a serious fault. We were totally frustrated but I can say that throughout all these problems Craig Machon was brilliant. ..he dealt with everything very professionally and with support for our problems.

Shame about the waiting times which is out of Arigh's control.

Customer service is excellent.

Would shop there again - they have a fabulous choice in every department.

Love your show rooms. So many styles, something for all tastes and pocket. Had brunch here too it’s always busy but a nice brunch and a chance to chat about your impending purchase. ��

Very disappointed with the service me and my mum received when visiting the warehouse clearance and the actual store. The warehouse staff were pretty friendly however when we were in the actual shop my mum asked a lady with short hair and glasses about a knifes and forks display who was very rude and unhelpful as when she asked she said erm yes what can I help you with quickly! No indication of any interest what so ever as she was too busy doing something at her desk. The staff were not friendly as our previous experiences. The shop is brilliant but think they need some new staff!

Waited 3 months for the Ruby Tan Leather Settee,two chairs and one foot stool when it was unwrapped front panel was broken so you could see inside the settee, all legs crooked ! No thankyou ! Just been told they will inspect it before it goes back to see if there is any further damage Thankyou Richard in dealing with our damaged goods in such a professional manner paid cash, never been before will probably never go again there are plenty of stores that sell ————-

The furniture we ordered took 3 weeks to be delivered and then on the day of delivery the chair was damaged ( legs snapped off). Nobody from the store made contact to rearrange or sort out the problem, we had to go into store to complain and are still waiting for a delivery date 1 week later after being passed around the store leaving various messages. When we complained in store we were told that the chair was in stock and should be with us with within 2-3 days

Not sure I could find poorer customer service if I tried! After my 18 month old sofa failed due to (quote technician sent out by Arighi Bianchi) “poor materials used” they attempted to fix it four times. I refused a fifth attempt and suggested that they now actually look at a replacement sofa. They duly obliged and informed me that this would take 10 weeks as they would have to order one from the manufacturer. 20 weeks later, many many chase phone calls on my part, another day off work today and my new replacement sofa was delivered... with water damaged cushions that are too small for the actual sofa. But rest assured I have it on good authority that this passed the Arighi Bianchi quality control department!?! After a telephone call with the customer service manager I have been offered the opportunity to wait to see if they can get it right?!

Arighi Bianchi this isn’t quite the service I was expecting from your so called “high quality furniture store”!!!
