Such a lovely family friendly place. Great food, such kind friendly helpful staff. A great atmosphere & a new safe outdoor play area for the children.

Stopped this Monday for lunch on our way home from Pontins . Very child friendly great customer service . I would recommend to all my friends and family.

Myself and my husband along with my father in law had a lovely meal here food was excellent and the staff are always friendly and polite. We always eat at the Arion when we come across from Sheffield and even when we bring all the grandkids across with us service is still good they love the toy area and outside play area and the colouring pencils and paper that they are always given to use. Will definitely be back again soon

Lovely place, lovely food, friendly staff, overall fab restaraunt/ pub for families. Having toys and a play area is brill can't wait to go back

Giving 5 stars for the fact that is is such a fab relaxing pub for young children and even toddlers. Lots of toys and plenty of space for them to play. Only food place I have ever taken my 2 year old and he's not played up cos he can play and only place I've felt i'm not annoying other customers. Outside play area a bonus too.

Been here many times, amazing staff and amazing food.

Whilst stopping at Pontins at Ainsdale Beach wekending 22nd November 2013. We wanted Sunday lunch for my family of twelve adults and one child. We called into the Arrion and I assume it was the manager my son in law and I spoke to and we booked our Sinday lunch. I must say they could not do enough for us setting the tables out so we could all be seated together. The food severd was excellent and my family would recorrmend the Arrion for its service and its truly worth a visit. We shall be back next year in June 2014. ☆☆☆☆

The staff were very friendly and the food was good i would recommend it to my friends if they were down that way

Food was nicely presented,hot and very tasty

Two tiny pieces of tough beef, a spoonful of gravy with frozen veg. Roast potatoes where nice though. We had to ask for more chicken as the piece on the plate was about a mouthful. Staff were really nice

The staff were wonderful and friendly and I am sorry to have to give a bad review but the food was probably the worst we have ever paid for anywhere. I know you had some kitchen problems and were resorting to more basic cooking like micro mash and frozen chicken but you would have been better to stop serving food until your issue was sorted. We would have sent it all back but we had a 5 year old to feed and it was getting late to find an alternative. Really sorry as you were very pleasant people.

Its great for a catch up while the kids play outside but don't eat here!!
