Ark Inventories is 3 today! Still busier than ever and still doing quality inventories and check outs for local letting agents and landlords. And most importantly, still loving what we do.

When you suddenly have software issues out of your control, all your work is piling up, you're panicking slightly, and then your clients all say 'relax, just do it when it's fixed'. I am one lucky self employed inventory clerk to have such lovely patient people to work for! Hoping for a quick fix soon.

It's been a busy summer and even busier autumn for Ark. The rental market is as strong as ever and landlords are branching out into different types of rental accommodation - a van is being advertised as a rental home in Bristol! https://www.lettingagenttoday.co.uk/…/v an-parked-in-residen…

So March turned out to be Ark's best month yet! Celebrating by having a much needed few days break in the sunshine with the family then back at it. Pretty much booked up next week already, busy busy!

There's not much I say wow to in my job but was impressed when I found one of these during an inventory today. Never seen one before and now I want one (perhaps I should get out more!).

First inventory of a converted cider press today, lots of original features including the huge press itself in the sitting room. So glad the landlords kept it in there, fascinating to see.

Booked up until next Monday now. Half terms are busy!

Just received a parcel containing some christmas gifts I'm hoping my clients are going to like as much as I do. They smell amazing!
