Tenancy information

Before the tenancy starts:

Holding Deposit: 1 week’s rent, subject to the references, this will form part of the first months rent.
Deposit: 5 weeks rent
During the tenancy:

Payments to other third parties: Such as Council Tax, utilities or payments for communications services;
A payment of up to £50 inc VAT to alter the tenancy agreement, when requested by a tenant, or reasonable costs incurred if higher
Other payments, permitted under appropriate legislation, including damages
Payments associated with early termination of the tenancy when requested by the tenant.
Tenant Protection

Ark Residential Letting is a member of Propertymark, which is a client money protection scheme, and also a member of The Property Ombudsman, which is a redress scheme.
