Well sadly we have been targeted again. Went back to put my fur babies to bed tonight to find that we had had 7 of our fabulously friendly chickens stolen and a new feeder donated from their previous owner plus carriers was too upset to check what else. I am so drained now. We are desperately seeking new premises where we can build a business and offer security for our animals. The present location would be perfect but we have no security and cant move forward to deliver the services our communities would benefit from. We desperately need a new home and security for our animals. Please tag share and help us relocate this cant keep happening 😒😒😒

We would like to say a huge thank you to all the students, staff and parents who came to the bake sale and raffle organised by students and staff at the Link school Sunderland. Rhaffy attended for petting Friday and was a huge success. Students and staff attended yesterday and presented us with a whopping Β£205. 07 which helps us with overheads and feeds for the animals we are so very greatfull. Things like this help us to carry on trying to promote the animal human bond whithin in the communnity whilst also trying to keep affordable to all.

All fun and games at the moment. However Rhaffy is booked in for his castration next Wednesday. We have some of the money raised through your kind donations when we fundraise at Eventstogogos events. We have also had a very kind donation of Β£25 from Alan and Denise Rookes. We are still short though. Rhaffy will be attending the Old Rectory at Houghton on Saturday if anyone would like a cuddle. We will have our tombola, lucky dip and donation buckets if anyone would like to help us raise the rest of the money so he can go back in with the rest of the herd who have been his afopted mum after his own mum was sadly taken from us shortly after the fire xxxx

New cash card over on our fundraising page xxx

Evening all! We completed the cash card today at Tesco and using a random number generator our winner was number 4 / PETAL. The lovely winner Jean Ross tried to give us her winnings back but we finally agreed she’d at least keep the money she spent. Thank you to everyone who picked an animal name xxx

User

User

Well worth a visit.....the animals are loved and cared for why not ask if you can help......you get back more than you give.x

User

Visited Sharon today and all her beautiful animals. Fell in love with the donkeys! such beautiful well loved animals. Sharon gave us a tour and we fed the donkey's lot's of carrots - it was really funny watching the faces they pulled as they awaited another carrot haha.

Sharon does an amazing job ensuring the animals have a safe and loving home and its evident the hard work that she puts in daily!!! Our visit has left us wanting to help. We will definitely be back armed with carrots, apples and straw and ready to scoop the poop!

Thanks again for letting us come today. Yvonne was truly happy with her surprise x

Fab charity doing amazing work. All the animals that have attended our events have been very sociable and interacted well with guests from the very young children to older adults. Highly recommend xx

As a home educator I was looking for somewhere for my son 11 and daughter 13 to learn about animals in a fun and exciting way. They go once a week to Ark Therapies. They learn about each animal (ducks, chickens, goats, larma, donkeys and horses) and how to look after them. They have a great time there and can't recommend it enough. Education outdoors at it's best.
