Arkaans Restaurant

We've been to Arkaan's many times but tonight it's Christmas Eve and I've been preparing dinner for tomorrow all day, so the last thing on my mind was cooking tonight. No way could we have gone out, so we tried our luck at a takeaway delivery. I am so pleased we did, the takeaway we ordered was delivered before time (and hot) and was without a doubt restaurant quality.

We went for tea yesterday after hearing all the good reviews. My husband spoke to the chef about what ingredients he liked & came up with a gorgeous speciality curry. I tried the slimmers menu and it was really tastey, it's so hard to find healthy food that actually has loads of flavour to it when eating out.... I'd definitely come again 🖒 All the staff were really friendly and welcoming, highly recommend �

We went for my daughters birthday, the food was gorgeous and the staff especially Ish who served us was fabulous. He took the time and effect to learn some of our party's names making it feel more special, he also explained what was in the dishes and the best way to eat for a taste experience. Would defo recommend. ��

We went for a takeaway 14/3/18 as we love their food 5* we went to pay and we were told....it had been paid for and 'pay it forward' ...We were absolutely shocked and never felt so special! I really hope the person/s read this THANK YOU we will definitely 'pay it forward' we enjoyed the lovely food and we smiled all night it really made us step back and gave us faith in humanity and to be reminded people can be so kind and thoughtful. Thank you again.

We always get takeaways from here and every so often we eat in. The food is always spot on and the staff are very helpful �

The food is amazing and the duvet size garlic Nan is awesome. Please try the poppadom and pickle tray, ask the staff to show you how to enjoy the real way of eating the mango chutney and lime pickle. Love this place it's my second home.

Me and my husband called in bank holiday Monday as we were camping near by . It was nice to see an Indian restaurant that did slimming meal. I am on a diet so asked for mine done in fry light and it didn't disappoint the meal was very tasty will be going there again .

Me & my fiancee went & it was an excellent meal , they made us very welcome and the service was great food was made to how we like it and made all the difference. Definitely going back

Fantastic food, try the Naan breads they are so light and tasty and the chicken Khaans special jalfrezi, beautiful. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, couldn’t do enough for you. Will definitely be back again

Amazing food, amazing staff, amazing service.

Myself and my partner have just enjoyed a wonderful meal here. The menu is fantastic and would easy cater for any needs. The food was delicious cooked beautifully. Although it is not a licenced restaurant the fact that you can take your own alcohol is a added bonus. The thing that stood out the most for us and made our night was the staff. They are extremely attentive and nothing seems too much trouble. Ish was fantastic introducing himself and asking our names. He showed us how to eat Indian food their way and gave us a unforgettable experience and helped us to try things we wouldn't of done without his input. We cannot wait to return and will be bringing our little girl along next time and the rest of the family. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening. We will be back soon. Cheryl and Steve.

Amazing food , friendly staff. Took out 19month old son and was provided with a hair chair straight away, very good with him and us. Highly recommended

A birthday treat for my father in law Tony and his first visit. All staff made us feel very welcome from the minute we walked in. Special thanks to Ish for his constant checking on us & making dad's birthday night super special, and cake & candles & singing happy birthday 😊 food equally fabulous & very tasty. Not been for a while..the dish I choose was very bland, it was highly recommended on the menu too!! This place is not authentic we like to see and hear India...not be back

This place is dirty i would avoid it like the plague! Half way threw my meal i poored a glass of water out of the water bottle on the table, only to find mold at the top of the water bottle! It was mold as some of it had gone into my water! I then couldnt finish my meal as i felt sick! The waiter asked me if everything was ok and at first to save embaressment i said yes he then said "are you sure" so i told him the problem he took the water away and came back trying to fob me off with some story saying the rubber had just changed colour! ���
