Arkitype

Arkitype, founded by Andrew Footit, is a boutique design studio and type foundry dedicated to providing professional grade type design. The name Arkitype is taken from An archetype which can be: a statement, pattern of behavior, or prototype (model) which other statements, patterns of behavior, and objects copy or emulate. This is my approach to what I create. Design that is beautiful in its context and does not follow examples but sets them. Various fonts created by Andrew Footit have been licensed by brands like Monster Energy, Sony Playstation, MGM, Harley Davidson, Hearst Magazines and Penguin Books to name a few.
