Safe but custoner service and facilities could improve. Products are good value everything you need is for sale. However no afterhours access. For selected customers only. The trolleys are very basic and have no brakes. I was alone and my trolley kept rolling away from the offloading area. There is a lift that has 2 doors which must be manually closed.Very tiring. I tried to pay with someone elses card and they refused. Wouldnt even speak to the card holder. There only seems to be 1 oerson manning the office. They dont seem to care if you are rushed.

Opened a unit with 5mins notice, good facilities and reasonable prices and not at all corporate and inflexible. Have had a few units (companies) in the past and no complaints here.

We use Armadillo for storage facilities for our business and rent a 500sqft unit on a continuous basis. Steve and his team do a superb job for us. The storage rooms are exceptionally clean, dry and secure and the fact that the team will accept deliveries on our behalf is a huge benefit to us. We researched other local storage facilities beforehand and Armadillo is streets ahead. Would highly recommend Armadillo to anyone (in fact we do). Thanks Steve and team for looking after us so well.
