You’ll be at the heart of it all as Sales Negotiator as part of our growing South Lancashire Office. We are looking for a full-time member of staff to join our successful village, rural and high-end Agency team in Burscough.
In this role you will handle all types of enquiries, arrange marketing appraisals and viewings, proactively match applicant and property databases, receive and negotiate offers, report to our surveyors and ensure that our high levels of customer service are maintained. Attending viewings may also be required from time to time.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with previous estate agency experience although this is not essential for the right candidate. You must have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and be highly organised. You must be able to work as part of a strong team but be self motivated and hold a full UK driving licence. Salary will be dependent on experience.
