Up to 9 high specification business units have been built within a secure site with Secure by design accreditation, in a established manufacturing and industrial location within easy access to regional and national road networks. Various sizes are available to suit occupier requirements, all units will acheive A + zero rated Energy Performance Certificates and all units have achieved BREEAM Outstanding - only about 20 buildings in the World have this accolade.

There is an on-site demonstration centre where we are offering FREE business assitance to tenants to help them lower their operational running costs and wastage.
