Awful not to be trusted and head office a joke. I bought a car that I don't believe had been properly services or not. I had it 2 weeks and three times it wdnt start towed back to garage twice. Exchanged fir another car paid more money and an hour after getti g ir home realused none if the light worked. It had been Thrur it's Mot that day. Tried to get refund got trading standards involved. Have no faith in them .salesman was the only person who tried to help never saw the manager.

And head office well never dealt with such incompetence. So arnold clark please don't ask to get in touch with customer services I would get more sense from a brick wall . I ended up so stressed I sold the second car elsewhere and lost 2700 pounds in 3 weeks. Arnold Clark the garage who listen . I don't think so.

Recently popped in as a fuse had blown. While we waited with complimentary tea and biscuits the fuse was replaced and a rattling pipe was also spotted and secured. We were then surprisingly informed that there would be no charge. Service with a smile and at no cost. Many thanks to the service manager and to Sam who carried out the work; and if ever we're passing Hexham again well drop a packet of biscuits off.

I wouldn't buy a car from here again I've done less than 3000 miles in my car and it needed £1300 worth of repairs and it would of been a lot more if I had repaired everything from there health check .bought from here because I thought they were a good and honest dealer but I've been proven wrong .AVOID
