The Arnos Manor Hotel has created an exciting new role for a **MEETING AND EVENTS COORDINATOR** to join an already thriving events team. Alongside this role, we are also looking for **FOOD AND BEVERAGE** staff to help the front of house team in delivering our increasingly popular weddings and events. We have company benefits and 2 large staff parties a year that are always memorable!
If you are interested we will be holding a recruitment day **THIS FRIDAY** 2pm-4pm. Bring a CV along and meet the team!

We had our wedding at this hotel and I cannot recommend enough! The food was amazing, the staff were fantastic they couldn’t do enough for us! But a special thanks to Beatrice our wedding co ordinator who ensured the whole day ran smoothly! It was truly beautiful and couldn’t of wished for anything more! Thank you so much!! Anyone looking for a great venue, fantastic food and a lovely wedding planner go and see these guys!

Stayed at this hotel a number of years ago love to go back again

User

Came back for our wedding anniversary as it came with our wedding package. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are so friendly. They work so hard and we appreciate it everything they did. The manager was willing to have a talk which was nice and he gave us a bottle of wine after hearing about our anniversary. The rooms are basic and old fashioned but I think this is part of the charm of the hotel, clean, fresh and a lovely night's sleep. Thank you arnos Vale we will be back next year xxx

User

Stayed here two nights back in August with the other half lovely service, room was lovely but could do with a little update ( paint) shower leaked all over the floor but nothing that couldn't be sorted staff came to look at this straight away! Breakfast was tasty but could do with more of variety but great price!

Thanks Arnos manor we will deffo come and stay again when visiting family in Bristol.

Had a lovely night here with my husband, room bit dated but all very clean, friendly staff and nice breakfast

User

Great friendly staff. Very helpful and bubbly. Lovely atmosphere. Brekky was amazing and so much to choose from. Nothing is too much for the great staff. Rooms clean, fresh ,basic but comfy. Love the fans in the room on our stay in july ,it was a hot werkend . 27°. Would highly recommend staying. Outside has good open spaces to sit, chill&drink or even eat. Can't fault it! :-)

User

We went here for a wedding very nice how it was all set up , wedding meal was ok , breakfast I will give 0*, no egg, mushrooms,no tomatoes £5 better breakfast in weather spoons

User

Stayed this weekend the manor was nice but the breakfast was the worse breakfast I have experienced there was no food available always empty not much choose and when the food came was cheap greasy meat! Not even cups had to wait for them for a drink! I go away every month and haven't had a worse breakfast then this.

User

Easy to find...lots of parking which was ideal for our big works van.

Friendly staff ..nice building...comfy rooms..good fresh breakfast....picky stuff would be : no remote for TV. rooms tired looking a bit 70s I guess....clean tho...curtains didn't close properly.

However we paid only £55 for a Fri night which was £25 cheaper that Travelodge etc....

User

This could be a lovely hotel in a lovely setting. Staff where friendly. Hotel it's self and my single cell room could of been cleaner. Sheets didn't really smell fresh. Shower had no pressure and took a while to warm up. Breakfast wasn't up to much neither. You'd get a lot better from a premier inn or Travel lodge for same or cheaper rate. The staff where polite and helpful, so no concerns with them. Maybe a few million pound invested at it would be fabulous.

User

Stayed last night as attending works party at The Paintworks. Lovely receptionist with Blonde hair ( sorry can’t remember your name) staff very friendly, room large and clean but very dated. Was fine for overnight stay and convenient location, parking also a bonus in Bristol.

User

A lot of little details wrong with the total stay, beautiful looking place but only ran in to a couple of friendly people here, some seem like their running around with their heads up their ass.

Went for Xmas dinner on Friday 8th December. Were told to be sat down at 7 pm but they did not start serving until 8 pm as one table were in still in the bar. The tables were so close to each other that it was hard to get up to go to the bar or bathroom. Soup was like warm. Turkey dinner was nothing to speak about. The 3 potatoes we had were the size of marbles and tasted of fish. The stuffing was so hard when I put my fork in it, it bounced off the plate and onto the floor. The apple strudel was undercooked and came with 1 teaspoon of custard. People were blatantly snorting coke and when management were told did nothing about it. The bar by the entrance ran out of glasses so were serving all drinks in pint glasses!!! Would never go there again. What a complete and utter shambles. I don’t usually complain but feel I wasted my £28

Treated disgracefully and racistly

When checking in to this hotel, we where told our Scottish money wasn't good enough and that we couldn't prove it was real or legal tender! If we didn't use English notes or a card to pay we would not be checked in! I find this very discriminating and racist against Scottish people! And to add insult to injury, the incompetent staff then checked us into an already occupied room and gave us a keycard to it! When we got to our room and entered we walked in on a couple making love! Beyond mortified!

User

This could be a lovely hotel, very quaint as you walk in and rooms need a good makeover, but the reason I’m giving a 1 I’m afraid that bathroom has not been cleaned properly in ages, I was almost sick showering in other people’s body fat and the loo needs bleach down it, I’m sure cheaper deals get chucked in these horrid rooms, shower itself is good and strong, it needs updating but I don’t care about that I just want my room to be clean... sort it out guys this is terrible

User

The staff were lovely and friendly but the room wasn't so great. We were only staying one night (thankfully) as we only got three hours sleep due to the noisy plumbing and uncomfortable mattress so we checked out at 5:45 am. The mattress on the bed was very warn out you could feel all of the springs, in the bathroom you could see were the bath had leaked as a result the flooring was bubbling, damp and smelt a bit moldy. The shower curtain was stained at the bottom and again smelt funky. In the bedroom the plaster was peeling off of the wall, it was obvious that there are issues with damp in the room. We didn't stay for breakfast so I'm not sure what that was like however the bar area etc does look like it had been recently renovated. This place does have real potential just sad out experience wasn't so great.

User

Official complaint on its way to the head office as on site staff unable to satisfactorily resolve my complaint. Shockingly disappointed today for the wake for my late father. I would not recommend you using this venue for such an important event.

User

Nightshift staff sleep on the Job, and the dayshift get paid for sitting at the end of the bar chatting away while we’re trying to get the head down on the couch. Not be back to this ranch.

User

Had a pair of brand new jeans go missing, complained to the hotel and told the manager would contact me but nothing so I left feedback on trip advisor which the hotel responded to asking me to email David. I emailed and he basically replied with all the info I gave them and said he was sorry for any inconvenience.. what a joke.

The rooms was grubby and stunk of sewage, the carpets stained, water marks and plaster peeling on the ceilings. Wouldn't recommend staying, the housekeeping is appalling with thick dust on all the fire extinguishers.
