We are looking for a multi-skilled person to join our friendly team! The job vacancy is full time and will include weekends. Possible candidates must have worked in a cafe environment previously as cook experience is essential. Level 2 Hygiene certificate and barista experience would be desirable. The position is predominantly based in Lyme Regis but may involve travelling to our Bridport branch. Lyme Regis Aroma will be closed today due to the weather conditions, as well as hiding from the humiliation of a total pummelling of snowballs from two small boys yesterday....they have picked up a good technique from ‘Elf’! Sorry for any inconvenience we will hopefully be back to normal tmrw x

Public service announcement for the people of Lyme Regis Dorset….Rainbow is closed! Be vigilant, last time this occurred the ‘wild folk’ of Chard ventured down the Axe valley and tried to occupy Cobb Gate car park. Here at Aroma Lyme Regis we will take no chances over safety and will be closing early today to make ready for battle, if you have any spare pitch forks or flaming torches we would be grateful. Sorry for the inconvenience, we will be open from 10am Sunday come down….remember safety in numbers! X

Morning all, we have been assessing the weather throughout the night at Aroma HQ’s very own meteorological centre, and our boffins in white coats have declared this a code purple polka dot. This means that both Bridport & Lyme cafes will be closed today. Whilst we wait for updates on the situation......here is a picture of a dog in a leopard print t-shirt and a two seater lawn mower made of wood because any household chore can be romantic! 😍😍

Soz people....but we had to close shortly after opening today (Sunday 18th) as Western Power have to perform emergency repairs in the locality! Open as usual (fingers crossed) tmrw morning at 10am - have a lovely day x

What a lovely place to sit eat and chill. Great service and fine food. Best sandwiches in Bridport and Dorset I reckon. Friendly and caring staff. A great place to see local and colourful characters.

Went to the bridport cafe on a cold autumn day and found spicy butternut soup on the menu. Delicious flavour and a very generous portion. Topped off with a super hot chocolate and the usual friendly staff that make this such a great place to spend time.

Went to the bridport café for the first time for lunch today ..loved the food and the coffee and the staff were excellent.

Went into Aroma In Lyme today and was so pleased we did! Lovely food great service, and the kids loved the little area for them. Really good value too!

We've been repeat visitors on our annual trips to Lyme Regis for the past 3 years. Food has always impressed. The coffee is about the best I have tasted anywhere, and I really like my coffee. A real gem of a family run independent coffee shop. If only there were more like this place nearer home!

We used Aroma for Afternoon Tea catering for a hen party. They charged a very reasonable price per head and we had plenty of food... even leftovers! The owners were so accommodating and friendly, I couldn't have asked for more!

We came to Weymouth from just outside Stoke on Trent in a little place called leek, on a camping holiday last week, and had the day in Lyme Regis. We popped in to Aroma because the coffee smelt nice from the street! We ended up staying for lunch hiding from the showers ☔️ the food was beautiful, and my little boy Bertie loved the boat and the yummy scrambled eggs on toast the cafe was super friendly and the prices very reasonable, and although we don't have lots of dietary requirements, I loved that there were options for those who do. Really worth a visit if you're in lovely Lyme Regis ❤️

Visited Bridport cafe today and myself and husband being vegan, daughter who is coeliac (husband also gluten intolerant) my daughter was made up to have so much choice of gluten free cake � and for us vegan � the staff were helpful and friendly and most of all patient (took a while to choose �) we loved it so much that we’re going to try Lyme Regis cafe tomorrow on the way home back to Swindon. I wish there was a cafe like yours there

Saw a sign with Dairy free options in Lyme Regis and ended up at Aroma. Great for vegans, veggies and kids. Lots of tasty healthy food and cake options. Friendly staff and relaxed feel. Really glad we found this place :)

My absolute favourite place to eat and drink in Bridport. Lovely staff, very relaxed surroundings, amazing menu of local products and great choice as im vegetarian. Never go anywhere else �

Me and my boy LOVE it here!! Great coffee, delicious cakes and a fab selection of lunches. My little boy has a dairy allergy and I’m always confident that the friendly staff here can always find him something suitable and yummy.

My fave is the chicken and chorizo salad and Logan loves the play kitchen! Thanks John and gang! ��

Just visited the Bridport Aroma for the first time with my friend... we both had an absolutely lovely lunch! Really enjoyed our visit and will certainly come back again and again! Thank you!!

If you are in Bridport go here, you won’t be disappointed. Top cafe, and some sublime food. If your not in Bridport find them in Lyme Regis. Quality.

I have recently moved to the area and spend a lot of time in Bridport Aroma. Such a fantastic little coffee shop with lovely friendly staff who are always happy to help. They keep me coming back!

I have been here with my wife and two kids on a few occasions and always had great service, drinks and snacks.

Our most recent visit was new years day after the 'Lyme lunge', the weather was rubbish so it was even more of a joy than usual to find them open. If you like quality then you really need to give these guys a try.

Great food and not a bad thing to say about this coffee shop. My boys enjoyed the wooden toy kitchen. Kept them busy!

Delicious dairy free cake and coffee for me and dairy free smoothie for the small one! Amazing. Husbie didn't even realise his cake was gluten free it was that good!! It was so refreshing to be able to have a choice of dairy free treat... Keep up the good work!

Called in yesterday, had a super light lunch, which filled us up nicely. The staff at this cafe were amazing on a previous visit with the whole family when we had a first aid problem, they redressed the wound and arranging for taxi to take him to health centre. Thank you for your help in April.
