Arora Hotel Gatwick Crawley

Quite a nice place. Definitely gives off a stylish and elegant vibe as soon as you approach the entrance. There is a fitness/gym room, meeting rooms, bar and restaurant, which are all at a high standard. This hotel has outdoor seating/relaxing areas which offer quite a peaceful atmosphere, the indoor lounges are very cosy and the plentiful staff are always helpful.

Great location directly on a train line, two stops from Gatwick Airport. Hotel has private entrance directly off of Crawley Station, which is quite convenient. Hotel is aesthetically pleasing, with large atrium. Staff are friendly but painfully inefficient. Check in takes a long time when even a few people arrive at the same time. Cigarette smoke appears trapped in ventilation system; it smelled like smoke in our room most of night. Breakfast buffet is pricey but delicious.

Very spacious room. Good shower and very good German hot dog on the bar menu. Didn't take advantage of the spa. Decor could do with a little update in the room.

This is a very nice hotel with several restaurants, including a great pub. Our room had comfortable beds, a nice shower and large soaking tub. We could walk to a mall and restaurants (though they have unusual hours - check first; we were surprised they closed at 6pm on Wednesdays). They also have an entrance right from the train platform; I have never seen that before but it was certainly convenient. All in all, a good stay!

Nice clean room, comfy bed. Good bathroom with nice shower, and drinking water tap (more hotels should have these). Fridge facility in room. Breakfast very nice and good value, although evening meal portion was a bit small and had to play the game of "find the chicken" in the chicken curry. Also, was overcharged (breakfast was included with room but I was charged again) but staff were quick to sort it. Would still definitely stay here again, though.

Beautiful hotel. It's in the town centre and next to a train station which means quick travel to London. Staff are accommodating and check out is at 12:00

Good quality hotel with all the facilities that you'd expect. Rooms are clean and decorated to a good standard. Food is very good and reasonably priced. Very handy for Crawley town centre with excellent shopping.

Scenery in/out is s wow factor and amazing...hotels staff smiling and warmth welcoming.... very good transport and easy to arrange with hotel staff...bedroom wow.. very you think is in compacted unit...bed comfortable... hotel food 100 per...couldnt ask for better .

Large, comfortable rooms. The pub downstairs had great food and a friendly bartender. Convenient shuttle service to Gatwick as well. Very good.
