We've ben on holiday with AK holidays for the last three years. We have loved it every time and keep coming back for more. The houses and apartments have always been clean, comfortable and close to the sea for surfing. Can't wait for our next visit. Thank you! :)

We have used AK Holidays twice now and they are friendly and helpful. The process from booking and picking up the the key was well organised. This year we stayed ar Rosemullion which was on the same complex as the lady who stayed at Wheal Ramoth our apartment was lovley and clean and we only booked 6 weeks before so for about £400 including the dogs I didn't think it was too bad. We have been to Perranporth on numerous occasions and had passed this complex several times so I suppose we knew what we were booking. I have some sympathy with her because there were several rather dubious characters who were permanent residents but we were not troubled by them and they were all quite freindly towards us. When you take dogs with you I think that you are slightly limited to the properties you can rent so perhaps it just down to a bit more research . Would have no problem in recommending AK holidays or booking again with them.

Very helpful team of people, the cottage I stayed at was simply wonderful! Highly recommend.

Stayed at 10a Boscawen Road. Had a fantastic time. The apartment is clean and modern, with a great cornish feel and a lovely place to set up home whilst on holiday. It is also a great way of seeing the true Cornwall. The beach is literally a five minute walk away, we really enjoyed feeding the ducks in the duckpond across the road. We liked the fact that there were a variety of places to eat and drink and the fresh sea air did us the world of good and we will definitely be booking again in the near future.

Just come hone from a weeks stay at Trenwith in Perranporth. The house was fantastic. Perranporth itself is a beautiful place to stay with a gorgeous beach and lots of nice restaurants. Will be back next May.

Exceptional standard of properties and impeccable customer service. I would highly recommend.

Booked with Around Kernow Holidays last year and will definitely be looking to do so again this year, absolutely couldn't fault our stay

Everything was great, up until the holiday ended and we were wrongly attributed to damaging the holiday cottage.



We received an out of the blue email two weeks after we vacated the property stating we'd put a hole in the wall and that our security deposit was being used to pay for the repair work.



Although we were insistent that we were not responsible for the damage and pointed out the flaws in AK holidays account of why they thought we were responsible for the damage, AK went ahead and used my security deposit to pay for for the repair work.



AK holidays would not reason over the situation and did not reply to my return email until after they'd had the repair work done and used my money to pay for it.



A very disappointing end to what was a great holiday.
