Arrow Taxis

Very reliable Taxi service , welcomed our two dogs the driver was extremely helpful , nothing was too much trouble would definitely recommend .

I used Arrow taxi twice this weekend, after being let down and no showed by a booked taxi for the morning and 2 other taxi companies saying they had no cars available, I saw Arrows number on google but was alittle concerned due to low rating and reviews, However I had no choice to call them and they sent out a driver who was friendly and represented the firm well, I got out the taxi and thought"that wasn't bad" why the bad reviews?.... I was happy with the service. This morning I thought I'd ring them again as they were good the 1st time, called at 8.55 and asked for a taxi for 9.30..... had confirmation text. 9.45am soon came and no taxi had shown up, I called and was advised it was 1 minute away and no apologies were offered for being late. Another 5 minutes passed and then it finally shows up. I opened the door and said to the driver.... taxi for the station? His response was "well your the only 1 here arnt you?" I said yes, He said "well it must be for you then"..... I got in the cab and probing for a "sorry i am late" I said "busy this morning?" his response...,no not really..quite slow actually.... got to the destination and paid and still no thank you or sorry for the delay. The car was a silver Mercedes and The driver was an arrogant/flashy *swear word* definitely won't use again. Completely let down his company.

Awful. Was 9 minutes late, that's after I walked a minute or two towards to main round to speed things up. So rude, said was late because the roads are busy- is this something strange on a Friday afternoon?!? So late that missed my train, told him this was going to happen now, no acknowledgement never mind apology. Will never use again.

booked taxi after canal walk, expressed we had two dogs with us. Was told this is no problem. Waited half an hour in rain then driver rang me and told us (in poor English) he would not carry dogs. not a professional service.

Use another taxi company. Ordered a taxi to pick up by sainsbury. I was waiting 30 minutes for taxi to arrive. I had to call them 3 times end up they have send it to a different sainsbury.

Wouldn't send my a taxi incase I 'got on the bus' instead when I specifically called them as the bus was a 1 hour wait. Very poor service.

On time, polite & safe!
