Terrible service! Booked in a delivery, but they never turned up. When I phoned them they said that although it looked like the delivery had been booked in, it actually hadn't been, and so I would have to re-book for the following week. They don't deliver on weekends so I would have to take another day off work to accept the delivery. Ended up cancelling the whole order. They genuinely do not care.

There should be an option for zero stars. We ordered a premium delivery to any room in the house for a mattress. Delivery guys wanted to leave it outside and point blank refused to take it to the bedroom even when given proof of premium delivery. Rude, unhelpful and utterly useless.

...to be honest, when I read the reviews after learning of my delivery company, I was concerned! Well, I was impressed beyond belief...choice of delivery slots, tracking, courteous phone call, delivery bang-on time and two very pleasant guys who placed the (v.large) package exactly where I wanted it. First class and credit where credit is due...

Ordered a sofa from very...was given opportunity to chose day of delivery. Received a message on the day of delivery the time frame. Delivery arrived slightly later but was kept informed by driver. The 2 mens brought sofa to first floor flat in the room chosen and unpacked everything and took packaging away. Very good service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They don't pay any attention to delivery requests you put in the company you ordered from website. They didn't ring half hour before like they said. They rang when they were sitting outside my property and I was at work waiting for the call to drive home to meet them. They wouldn't wait. Customer service took 40 minutes to connect and then they assured me the emergency delivery would be there on Friday morning. I get a message Friday morning that the delivery is due in the afternoon and the reason I asked for the morning was that I was catching a train in the afternoon. Useless firm don't see why any company use a them

One of the drivers from this company tried to force me off the road this evening. In their large articulated Lorry, trying to force me in a Toyota IQ (very small car) off the road. This was very dangerous driving, and it really shook me up. To the driver of this lorry, I have dash cam, and you are being reported to the police for dangerous driving. Be very careful if you come across their drivers.

Completely rubbish. Claimed to have tried to deliver item but returned it to depot as the card cover had a tear, though the item was fine. No one saw them arrive or leave so suspect they just couldn't be arsed. Rang to complain, waited on phone in a queue for 21 minutes then got cut off.

Exceptional delivery. Advised of 4 hour time slot of 7.30 to 11.30, got a call to say 15 mins away, 2 cheerful and polite guys came and delivered a double mattress to the room of my choice by 8.30 - you can't ask for more than that! Thank you.

Sadly this is another one of those "computer says no" companies. They deserve a zero star. We paid extra for our old fridge to be taken away, but it was not quite fully defrosted. They said they would come back the next day but didn't. Ever since then we have been taking days off to wait in and they never arrived. When you call the helpline you start from scratch every time as if you have never been in touch with them. appalling lack of responsibility with a "someone else's problem" attitude every time

This company is not worthy of ZERO rating. Paid extra for fridge/freezer delivery. It was damaged and they asked me to look at it. It was minor so I said I would accept. However it could not fit through one door,and I asked for five mins to take the door off as I have all tools. They said no they can't wait and I must reschedule. Then they sat outside for seven minutes before leaving. Leaving me without they fridge. Called customer service twice,on hold forever. Totalling disgusting.

This was the delivery company for some large furniture ordered from 'Very' - after reading the google reviews I was rather apprehensive but was pleasantly surprised! Arranged the day for delivery by text - I received a text message with options to reply to which was really easy to use. On the delivery day I received a 2 hour hour window by text and a link to live track my order which was really good then an hour before had a call to tell me approx time. Delivery drivers were friendly and helpful - all in all a great experience! - did'nt have to contact them by phone at any point but from the service I received would recommend :)

I should have read the reviews and then the non delivery on two occasions would have come as no surprise to me. I have missed work, spent considerable time on the telephone...all to no avail. "speaking" to the help line was useless. Dean was not able to answer my ? as it was not his department. Janet, in CR department was sympathetic and stupidly I actually believed her when she told me that my mattress would arrive today... Maybe staff are trained to fob off customers who have a genuine grievance. How on earth does this company survive...and given the majority of reviews, why on earth do Amazon use them. One star is far too generous.

I find it fascinating that a company that claims to do deliveries can not find an address in London. They have once delivered a chest of drawers to our address but when they are coming to pick it up, because it was damaged, they can not find their way back. Today was the fourth time they tried and I even kept track of them to make sure they would come. All of a sudden the tracking service said they had tried but could not find the property again, so I called and told them to come back (4 min had passed since they reported they could not find it) and made sure they would call my number not my partners. She had already been home the first three times they said they would come. I then called back 20 min later, they said they were 10 min away. 20 min later I call back again, they had apparently been on brake but were on their way. 40 min later I get a call that they want to reschedule pickup, AGAIN! How a company can be so completely incompetent at their core business is beyond me, I will never buy anything from a company that uses ArrowXL for anything.

A totally incompetent company, don’t trust a word they say regarding deliveries. Trying to contact them on the phone is harder than getting items delivered. After this experience I suggest you DO NOT USE them. You would be quicker walking the length of the country to collect the item in person.
Only gave 1 star as you can't post zero.
